IPAN  Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is a reference/research library that provide comprehensive and authoritative information in all the disciplines related to the Public Analysts.

The LRC staff are available to meet all your information needs: find facts and answers, keep you up to date, and empower you to help yourself.
The Learning Resource Centre is open to both members and students on days stated below except on Public Holidays.

8.30 a.m. – 3.45 p.m. Monday – Friday

Entry into the library have been made on production of a current, valid membership/studentship card

The LRC provides the following library services amongst others to members.

LENDING SERVICE

Members who are registered to borrow books will be able to borrow for a certain period.

REFERENCE SERVICE
Reference service is available to all members’ of IPAN and the general public. 

SELECTIVE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION (SDI)
Members with specific research preference are informed of availability of new resources on specific topics. Members can be alerted through e-mail, text messaging etc.

INTERLIBRARY LOAN SERVICE
Members can use the interlibrary loan request services. Materials can be sourced from other libraries  on behalf of members.

REPROGRAPHY SERVICES
Members, Researchers/students can make copies of documents at a subsidised rate in the library.

RESEARCH SERVICES
Research Services is provided by our knowledgeable staff, this service may attract some charges depending on the request of users.

CD-ROM SERVICES
Members, Researchers/Students can have access to the titles available in the library by CD-ROM search.

NEWSPAPER SERVICES
Members  have access to  most leading national dailies soft and hard copies.

INTERNET SERVICES
Members, Researcher/Students will have access to the Internet.

DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICES
Members, Researchers/Students can have requested materials delivered to them. Their request will be processed only during the working hours and at a cost fee.
